The house was very central, only 5-10 minutes walk from everything. The house was amazingly well equipped, for example there were at least 5 different coffee machines! The house was on a fairly quiet road, not much traffic. There were several restaurants within a hundred metres.

I love the location! It is in the centre of Faro! Every time we would order the Uber, it would come in a minute or two. When I saw the shelves with the coffee, sugar and coffee machine, I made my decidion to book it! You have everything; oil, vinegard, umbrellas, sun umbrellas, sun creams, Play Station Fifa 20you litterally have EVRYTHING in the house❤️The house is clean and well equipped. I was with 3 kids (15,11 and 6). If you are looking for accommodation in Faro, this is perfect for you.

Great house, walking distance to everywhere and on a nice quiet street. Great little pastry shop right next door and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, including a variety of ways to make coffee. Couldn't think of anything else the place needs. Modern bathroom and kitchen, all top class. Bedrooms very comfortable and clean. Roof terrace is the highlight , spent quite a bit of time up there (especially the evenings when it cooled down a bit). Paulo met us on arrival and gave us the tour and a bit of info on the areas of the city, ferry's to the beach etc. Also booked us an airport transfer as we were departing in the middle of the night and didn't want to be running around looking for a taxi. Definitely a home away from home and if available next time we visit we will book again. Have already recommended to family and friends

Great location, as soon as you walk in, it's like home. Fully equipped kitchen, if you wanted to cook, bedrooms were spacious and beds were so comfy. Upstairs balcony to relax in the sun , drink your morning coffee, or cocktails under the stars. I will be returning to Portugal next year, and will stay longer.

Paolo was very welcoming in when we checked in. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. It was nice to have a washing machine. All of the amenities we could want were there.

Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Von Küchenutensilien bis zur Strandtasche für den Strandtag.Das Bad war zusätzlich mit Produkten für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist ein herzlicher Mann, den man bei Schwierigkeiten anrufen kann.War aber nicht nötig.

Paulo is a really good host who puts his heart in the business. He understands what visitors need. The apartment is fully equipped, with lots of extras. What a nice surprise and what a pkeasant stay! We felt like being home.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut geschnitten. Francisca und Paulo haben wirklich alles bereit gestellt (sämtliche Dusch- und Hygieneartikel, mehrere Kafffee- und Teegeräte, Handtücher, Decken, Spiele, USB-Ladestation usw.) und wenn etwas nicht da war oder nicht funktionierte, wurde es in kurzer Zeit besorgt. Jede Woche wurde die Wohnung gesäubert und neue Bettwäsche aufgezogen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem 11 stöckigem Hochhaus mit 2 Fahrstühlen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wird regelmäßig von Fachpersonal sauber gehalten. Das Haus liegt in einem Stadtteil mit mehreren Hochhäusern, die alle einen ordentlichen Eindruck machen. Von hier aus sind auch die Sehenwürdigkeiten der Stadt gut fußläufig zu erreichen (Theater 7 Minuten, Altstadt 12 Minuten.) Mit einem gemieteten Auto ist es nicht immer einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Man kann sich aber schnell an die südeuropäischen Fahr- und Parkgewohnheiten anpassen.

Beautiful apartment, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The owner greeted us personally. He was very kind and helpful. He gave us many valuable restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need (including toiletries, suncream and aftersun cream). There's a large terrace – it was wonderful to enjoy our morning coffee and relax in the evenings after a busy day. Thank you, Paulo & Francesca, for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back.

La maison de Paulo et Francesca est chaleureuse, accueillante et particulièrement bien équipée. Les vacanciers ne manquent de rien dans ce logement où tout a été pensé pour favoriser le bien-être et la détente. La terrasse située sur le toit est très agréable pour prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil d'octobre. Le logement est très bien situé dans la charmante ville de Faro que nous avons pris plaisir à parcourir à pied. De délicieux restaurants sont à découvrir à proximité. Les hôtes Francesca et Paulo sont très prévenants, attentionnés et réactifs : ils font le maximum pour que l'on passe un excellent séjour chez eux. L'accueil par Francesca a été très plaisant et les contacts chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu idéal en Algarve.

This is a great place to stay - highly recommend. We wanted to stay here last year but by the time we had made up our minds the dates had already been booked. So this year we booked well in advance and are so glad we did. The Old Town House is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town but on a nice quiet street. Paulo was there to greet us himself and was extremely helpful, he showed us around the house and explained where everything was. There is everything you could possibly need at the Old Town House. Paulo really has thought of everything there is even spare plug adapters, phone chargers and luggage scales so you can check you suitcase and make sure you haven’t done too much shopping for the journey home. He is also very quick to reply to any messages. The Old Town House is spotless clean everything was immaculate and well maintained. The roof terrace is a real bonus and nice and private. We spent a lot of time up there. Would not hesitate to recommend
